Senior Developer PHP/SQL (m/w) Remote

Your tasks

  • Features development for our multi-tenant SaaS Web-Application
  • Implementation of client requirements from various industries (Finance/Travel/eCommerce)
  • Close collaboration with team and clients for planning and implementation
  • Development of ETL processes with PostgreSQL and AWS Redshift
  • Collaboration on the improvement of development processes and quality assurance

Your profile

  • Outstanding analytical and conceptional skills
  • Several years of experience in application development in PHP
  • Operation and development of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL

  • Educational background in computer science or comparable

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreue die komplette Zusammenarbeit für 3-4 Applicata-Großkunden
  • Kommuniziere effizient mit allen Stakeholdern für das übergeordnete Ziel: Größte Kunden Zufriedenheit und profitables Wachstum für unsere Kunden
  • Interagiere täglich mit Mitarbeitern unserer Kunden vorwiegend in den Bereichen Marketing, Business Intelligence, Digital Analytics aber auch C-Level
  • Identifziere neue Anforderungen unserer Kunden im Bezug auf Datenanbindung, Marketingprozesse, Analysefragestellungen und Datenauswertungen
  • Interagiere täglich mit Produkt Managern und dem Entwicklerteam bei Applicata
  • Spezifziere Tickets, Releases und Milestones für das Frontend & Backend
  • Identifiziere, quantifiziere und priorisiere neue Produktfeatures, um maßgeblich die Nutzung unserer SaaS-Lösung durch Key-Account Kunden voranzutreiben
  • Definiere Projektpläne, manage die Implementierung und Erwartungen unserer Kunden an neue Features
  • Optimiere alle Prozesse in Bezug auf den Roll-Out und kontinuierlichen Support des SaaS-Produkts beim Kunden

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Engineering, Informatik oder ähnliches
  • Herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturiertes Herangehen an alle Probleme
  • Selbständiger Arbeitsstil, Begeisterung für Business Intelligence und datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung
  • Exzellente MS Office Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Ticketing Tools (JIRA, Bugzilla etc.)
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen mit SQL-Queries
  • Excellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit Deutsch & Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung mit Wireframing Tools (Balsamiq, OmniGraffle…)
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung mit Business Intelligence Lösungen wie Tableau, Qlikview etc.
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung im Bereich Online Marketing / E-Commerce oder Software Entwicklung idealerweise als Account Manager
